REYLL Safe Transition Agreement

This agreement sets out the expectations and procedures to ensure the safe and effective transition of children between the school environment and the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. It is a formal understanding between the school and the OSHC service provider, designed to support the wellbeing, safety, and continuity of care for all children during transitions to and from the OSHC program.
